Associate Content Manager – Performance will own and manage category specific content & creative strategy and briefing for Reebok US eCommerce. Our goal is to create innovative content framework that enhances the Reebok brand online while driving revenue and improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Own, manage and execute against category-specific content strategy and process including onsite and channel creative, video and product/technology stories
Build and maintain the content calendar for eCommerce. Drive colleagues and agencies to deliver to the schedule.
Write and submit briefs for content requests to DBC Creative Team and Global Content team.
Brief content operations team on category-specific content updates based on content and activation calendar.
Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure content meets eCommerce business needs.
Manage communication and content hand-off process with key Reebok DBC stakeholders.
Regularly communicate content activities with other business units and departments to ensure integration and adherence to brand guidelines.
Test and analyze customer feedback and usability testing results to drive new content ideas aimed at improving the customer experience and increasing conversion rates.
Continually innovate and proactively bring new thinking to evolve the eCommerce creative and content.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
3-5 years eCommerce/digital marketing experience.
Able to give direction around total creative product, copy, design and development
Broad knowledge of the wider digital market and customer trends
Practical experience using and interpreting web analytics
Ability to work in a process and deadline driven environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with onsite SEO best practices
Project Management Skills
Experience with content management systems
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software a plus
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Four-year college or university degree
3-5 years eCommerce/digital marketing experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience in the field of add
