The Enablement Supervising Associate role will support the Enablement Manager and Enablement leader on the operational realization of EY’s global CR vision and strategy and project managing the external launch and promotion of EY Ripples. This includes co-design, co-development and coordination of external communication plans, materials and activity between Global CR and the External Communications Team, along with project management related to these external communications and wider stakeholder governance.
The Enablement – Supervising Associate will form part of a cross-border enablement team within the Corporate Responsibility (CR) function that is dedicated to operationalizing the strategic goals of the broader team. To be successful, the role holder will require a background that includes design, project management, and execution of external communications and stakeholder management.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Act as the interface between the Global CR team and the external communications function to:
Co-design, co-develop, manage and execute external communications including: multi-channel campaign plans, social media strategies, online experiences and collateral.
Plan and coordinate content creation and deployment for external channels, working closely with our Global CR Knowledge Analyst and internal CR communications team
Work with subject matter experts (within the Global CR team and beyond) to identify and write content which can contribute to thought leadership and strengthen EY’s external brand.
Support the operationalization of the CR functional strategy, monitoring and evaluating programs of work to ensure that they are delivered within an established budget, timeline and scope
Support the management of relationships with enabling functions and other key internal business leaders, ensuring interactions are insightful, connected and pro-active
Support the management of relationships with global stakeholder networks, implementing change and stakeholder engagement strategies as required to ensure that the business is engaged and prepared to grow EY Ripples
Support the compliance of the CR function with all other internal operational requirements, particularly those relating to the roll-out of external communications (e.g. securing the appropriate reviews, approvals and edit of content as needed)
Work with the Measurement and Reporting team to track and monitor campaign effectiveness
Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:
Experience with external communications planning, development and management
Competent to work largely independently within the area of external communications activities
Strong internal networking skills to create productive relationships with internal resources (CSG, GDS, IT etc).
Strong transactional skills to progress through the reviews, approvals and edits required for external communications.
Experience of budget management
Demonstrate a good understanding of the corporate responsibility agenda and is passionate to bring this to life for our people and in the market.
Proven ability to operationalize projects or programs, mitigate risk and manage dependencies
Strong personal communication skills with a proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders
Ability to navigate complexity and successfully coordinate multiple initiatives in an evolving, high pressure environment
Ability to flex personal style and work across geographies and cultures
Strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently.
There are currently no restrictions on where this role can be based
Global travel may be required pending business needs.
As external communications content launches may need to have flexibility in hours to meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience managing stakeholders for global programs within large corporate organizations
Experience of developing and project managing external communications for global programs and / or corporate responsibility initiatives.
Experience in large, diverse and virtual high-performance teams.
