You also:
Knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of the user-centered design process, including personas, task analysis, task flows, interaction design, content audits and content strategy
Able to understanding of what’s technically possible and how business rules work with customer experience
Organized and exceptionally attuned to details
Someone who thrives in a rapidly changing environment and can meet deadlines
Able to work on and successfully deliver several projects at once within established timelines

What you’ll be responsible for:
Collaborating with Product Managers, Project Managers, Digital Experience Designers, Content Strategists, Researchers, Developers, and Business Analysts to generate insights on digital experiences for Branches and ATM banking, financial education, product information, tools, and applications
Working with project teams to understand business goals and identify team member and customer needs, then create content strategies to fulfill the goals.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

Desired Qualifications

Financial services experience
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience developing and implementing content strategies for large or large sections of internet sites
Knowledge and understanding of writing, editing, coordinating, and publishing sensitive documentation
Copy editing experience
Content Management Systems experience
Experience with using recording or editing software for video and audio

Other Desired Qualifications
Experience in usability testing of digital interfaces; cross- or omni-channel research experience a plus
Experience with the user-centered design process including creating and/or using a variety of artifacts such as personas, scenarios, task flows, wireframes, etc.
Support complex programs or projects as a content leader/SME; identify key insights and opportunities and participate in strategic planning.
Works independently on most initiatives, and may provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
Experience developing digital editorial standards and guidelines
May lead a small team of more junior consultants or cross-functional teams in digital initiatives

Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
