Currently interviewing for: Assistant Food Service Manager
Available Shift: Full time
Starting rate of $14.00/hour.
Position Description: Oversees the scheduling and management of the dining room team while promoting teamwork throughout the department. This position serves as a liaison between the dining room and the kitchen. Also, works in conjunction with the Food Service Director with focus on the dining room flow, quality assurance, and resident communications.
Education/Training/ Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in a management position related to dining room food service. Experience with event planning and execution preferred. Must have Dining Room Service training in a restaurant setting servicing more than 25 people. Must be ServSafe Certified.
