Summary: Reports to Parkview Foundation Director. Performs administrative support for fund raising events, donor relations, tracking of grant proposals and grant dollars, and special assignments. Works independently when establishing communications, event data, ordering, spreadsheet tracking, data entry and retrieval. Executes professional judgment during high levels of contact with community. Readjusts priorities as needed without direct supervision. Maintains confidentiality of all donor information while supporting the programs of Parkview Health Foundations.
Education: Must be a high school graduate with additional training in Microsoft products. Some college desirable.
Experience: 3 years experience in a comparable job. Must have experience with Outlook PowerPoint Publisher and databases. Typing speed - minimum of 60 wpm. Must be a power user of Word and Excel. Must be able to perform all general office procedures compose correspondence and speak appropriately on phone display an open-minded attitude handle interruptions with compassion move boxes of supplies including items from the basement (up to 30 lbs) perform mail merges utilizing large data bases for mailings organize and maintain structure of files both electronically paper multitask with strong organizational skills identify problems needs and opportunities - proposes solutions and evaluates the effectiveness of solutions develop spreadsheets compile budgets updates the policy and procedure manual establishes priorities and conceptualizes and organizes time and resources to accomplish the job.
