What You’ll Get to Do:
We have an immediate need for a Designer for part time on-call work in our downtown Baltimore, MD office.
More About the Role:
You will be responsible for designing across a wide range of media types, using your learned skills to engage potential recruits while meeting clients’ brand standards and reaching clients’ goals
You will design skills will be used to concept through various media, including recruitment literature, print, multimedia, social media, websites and applications, presentations, and videos.
Your ability to develop creative across all aspects of campaigns based on a provided marketing plan, conceptualize those ideas, and meet deadlines is key.
Provide design work and creative guidance for multiple clients across a small team
Develop new creative concepts based on industry best practices, new media, and clients’ changing needs
Work with other creative team members towards completing a projects’ tasks and clients’ goals
Create static and animated graphics for social media
Show graphic illustration skills for projects ranging from simple diagrams to larger story infographics
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in either advertising, design, or graphic arts or related field and 7+ years’ experience in a design/creative role at an advertising agency or non-degreed with 11+ years’ experience in a design/creative role at an advertising agency
Experience in developing and designing creative materials and infographics through Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software
Expert level of digital photography retouching/manipulation
UI and UX design experience for mobile apps and website graphics
Multimedia production experience a plus
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with direct client contact for design explanation and review
Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508 compliance implementation
Experience with proposal work
