this is a 1099 position. You will be serving papers within 50 miles of your zip code. You get a flat rate for it . No mileage. You use your car, your printer, You paper etc and claim it all your taxes. You get the work emailed to you from our software. There are court rules that MUST be followed. There is work if you put the effort into getting it done.
You must be able to serve before 8 a.m. , between 9 and 5 and after 6 p.m. so you need a flexible schedule! Rushes are every day for 3 days, other wise you have 2 days and no more than 2 days in between
This is a legit job and leg it company but there are court rules that apply and must be followed
The hourly rate is based on the # of papers you serve per hour/day and not exactly that hourly rate. Min is 37.50 per paper you get paid after served or 3 attempts. You can also serve more than 1 per hour!
If you cant scan and email as a PDF (not JPG or photos turned into PDF) DONT bother
