CVS is hiring a full-time Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Phoenix, AZ.

Through taking inbound calls and answering questions, the Call Center Customer Service Representative will communicate and support our benefit members to help them make important health decisions. In this role, you’ll provide solutions to topics like insurance coverage, prescription refills and order status.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer service, or relevant military experience
  • Pass a background check, drug screen and successfully complete a virtual job preview

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience, certifications and license(s)
  • Ability to identify process improvements
  • Experience as a caregiver or volunteer work
  • Call Center or relevant military experience

Education:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
