Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This position will report directly to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of production and processing equipment as well as utility related equipment, following all safety procedures
Support the installation of new equipment
Assist the machine operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime
Ensure all repairs are documented
Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses
Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies
Perform other duties as assigned

Work Experience: 1 year of Industrial Maintenance experience
Education: High School Diploma
Computer Skills: PLC’s and basic computer Microsoft Office
Organization Skills: Maintain clean and organized work space
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work and handle multiple job assignments which include, machining, welding, PLC’s an hydraulic systems
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate within a team setting
Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday; ability to lift between 50 to 100 pounds
Physical Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Requirements:
Education: A.S Electrical-Mechanical and related field
