QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice with nearly 200 clinics across the United States. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, by repairing and restoring the tissue without the use of surgery, steroids, or other pain medications; additionally, there is no downtime with our treatment.
This job opening is specifically to work part-time on Wednesdays and Fridays at our Aventura location at 1380 NE Miami Gardens Dr, North Miami Beach, FL 33179.
Job summary:
The Consultation Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual that preferably has healthcare elective procedure experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice. If the patient is a good candidate for our treatments, then be able to articulate to the patient why our practice and procedures could be a life changing decision. The individual must be able to educate the patient and to overcome objections and challenges. They are expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in the treatment processes. Following up with leads and prospective patients on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships is a critical function of this medical center role, as well as ensuring excellent patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Understands the physiology for each treatment offered and can explain each treatment as prescribed by the medical provider.
- Presents details for recommended procedures from medical provider.
- Presents financial breakdown, financing options.
- Achieves and maintains 40% baseline conversation with a average of 8 consultations per day.
- Perform outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth.
- Works closely with marketing department to optimize campaigns.
- Achieve year over year sales growth.
- Increasing practice gross revenue
- Understand the importance of lead follow up and outreach.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with the right range of contingencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Experience in these areas is a PLUS but not required:
- Related healthcare industry based environment
- Experience in sales of elective medical procedures
- Understanding and passion for regenerative medicine
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with the right range of contingencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures

- Strong sales background, overachievers who are experienced in overcoming challenges from prospective patients
Locations: We currently have 9 locations throughout South Florida in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Our clinics are typically open 2 days per week.
Our very competitive compensation structure will include base salary plus bonuses/commissions.
