SUMMARY
Maintenance Manager will be responsible for providing direction, coordination and support for the daily execution of the maintenance department’s operating plan with the primary objective of maintaining the Plant’s equipment and facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
5% Supervises all assigned maintenance personnel in the execution
of their daily work to ensure the production line achieves
objectives. Selects and coordinates appropriate training
materials and sessions to develop the skill level of maintenance
personnel.
20% Directs and coordinates design, construction, and maintenance
of equipment and machinery. Prepares requests for capital and
ensures projects are completed in a timely manner. Performs all
Mechanical and Electrical engineering jobs and/or designs as
required. Selects and troubleshoots mechanical equipment.
Performs NFPA70E tasks as required.
20% Establishes and administers preventive and predictive
maintenance programs. Plans, develops, and implements new
methods and procedures designed to improve operations.
Ensures compliance with all industry and company standard
safety practices.
50% Responsible for writing PLC and HMI code, as well as power and
control specification and troubleshooting. Complete power wiring,
troubleshooting, and specification for low and medium voltage
systems. Program and troubleshoot VFD and Soft start setup.
5% Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
