Director, Demand Generation
Logi Analytics is looking for a strong and passionate leader to join our marketing department. This person will lead our demand generation efforts to build awareness of the Logi brand, bring new customers to the Logi family and expand into current customer accounts.
Our ambitious team members and fast-paced environment has made Logi the industry leader in embedded analytics and business intelligence software. The Director will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of our global demand generation campaigns and programs. This individual will partner closely within marketing and with sales to ensure successful nurturing of all leads throughout North America and EMEA. This is an opportunity to lead and manage a critical function within Logi to drive and support pipeline generation.
The Director, Demand Generation must be passionate about growth, digital marketing, and going beyond spreadsheets to analyze data and dig into performance metrics.
Leads a team of savvy marketers to build demand through the generation of leads and opportunities for the Logi portfolio of products. Engages prospects and existing customers through both inbound and outbound marketing channels, and nurtures them through every stage of the buyer’s journey.
Partners closely with sales and sales operations to create programs and campaigns to optimize inbound lead follow-up and outbound ABM prospecting. Provides marketing support and enablement to ensure timely and effective nurturing by sales to increase lead to opportunity conversion rates.
Owns the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This includes, brainstorming on campaign themes, messaging, creative execution, production of tactical plans, and setting lead and opportunity targets.
Owns the global annual demand generation strategy and plan. Developing multi-channel integrated campaigns to achieve lead, opportunity, and revenue targets
Oversees the management of paid advertising, digital marketing, and tradeshows/events to build awareness and demand
Sets targets for leads and opportunities on an annual and quarterly basis and reports on progress and performance
Partners with sales operations, BDRs and CAMs to improve lead follow-up and nurturing
Oversees the management of internal events (Sales Kick-Off and Logi User Conference) and external events (sponsorship and exhibition at conferences and tradeshows)
Manages team of three.
Metrics and KPIs
Achieve all performance targets for leads and opportunities generated
Report on campaign performance, make recommendations on which channels to start, stop, or continue.
Monitor metrics on leads and opportunities to track towards expected monthly and quarterly goals. Make adjustments if needed.
Grow and develop direct reports, providing them access to training and opportunities to strengthen their skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
MBA preferred, but not required
6-10 years of lead/demand generation, digital marketing and campaign management experience
3+ years of technology/software experience is preferred
Prior experience managing a team
Knowledge of marketing automation software Marketo and Salesforce.com is a plus
Strong analytics skills
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
