We're seeking a rockstar team member who will help create the hospitality experience our clients and their guests shout from the rooftops!
This is a mid level position, perfect for those really looking to grow and expand their horizons in the hospitality and tourism industries. Your role would entail responding to booking requests and guest inquiries, answering phone calls and messages from active and arriving guests, and helping out with marketing and administrative work in-between guest interactions. This is a work from home or office position. While our headquarters are in New York City, our team is diverse! We're spread around the US and Europe and are looking for fellow nomads to join us!
About us: We are a boutique agency in the vacation rental industry. We started as a concept three years ago, offering guest care and cleaning services for those renting their homes on Airbnb. We've since expanded our product to full service management specializing in luxury rentals throughout the world. As a young company, there is so much room to grow along with us!
Requirements: Associate's degree, native level fluency in english, and prior sales or customer service experience.
