Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service & Sales Associate to assist our wholesale team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a sales environment. The applicant must also have a positive attitude and can work cohesively with a team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Attend and sell to wholesale customers at tradeshows
- Work with customers in the office showroom in a sales capacity
- Customer Service for wholesale customers - includes entering orders, sales, accurate processing of shipments
- Packing and unpacking of shoe samples for tradeshows
- Participate in various duties and special projects
- Answering customer service emails in a timely manner, ensuring a resolution for each customer and their needs
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic understanding of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc…
- Strong communication skills with an understanding of retail merchandising
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented team player
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to wear many hats and multi-task on various projects as needed
- Self-starter with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds comfortably
- Must be able to stand for several hours in the shift
- Must be able to travel to tradeshows
Job Type: Full-time: Monday – Friday- 8am- 5pm
