FOX Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 28 stations in 17 markets and covering over 37% of U.S. television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Charlotte.
The Executive Assistant will assist Sales Management with various corporate administrative tasks and projects including, but not limited to, maintaining reports, answering phones, backing up other Executive Assistants when out of the office. He or she will manage the training process for new Sales Assistants and oversee and advise on issues with the systems to ensure confirmations and proper filing of sales orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Train new Sales Assistants (Filing and organizing of sales orders, verifying accuracy of all data entry of orders and complete follow through of the sales order process); Complete administrative duties and projects as needed; Daily interfacing with Sales, Finance, Research and Programming departments.
REQUIREMENTS: BA preferred; Strong clerical, communication and problem-solving skills; Microsoft Suite, Wide Orbit, One Domain and Nielsen ratings knowledge a plus; Must be proficient in MS Excel, organized, self-starter, and be able to prioritize projects.
