Manage and administer quota requirements and allocation for AETC, ACC, and other Government/civilian formal training for intelligence personnel assigned to 178 ACC Regular AF tactical units and two other AF major commands (PACAF and USAFE). Provide quota management and allocation of Joint Special Operations University courses for all ACC personnel. Candidate should be capable of preparing cost estimates, formal course reviews, and other resources analysis as it pertains to training provided or managed by the ACC Directorate of Intelligence for the qualification of intelligence personnel assigned to Mission Design Series (MDS) and mission areas for which ACC is the lead MAJCOM.
Perspective candidates must be able to monitor and report estimated/actual costs incurred for personnel training events managed, executed and/or funded by the branch as well as; Collect, consolidate, validate, administer and prepare annual ACC/A2 submissions for the mission readiness training program (MRTP) requirements data call IAW AFI 36-2201, Air Force Training Program, and MAJCOM submission processes.
Possess a minimum of six (6) years’ experience as an AF Intelligence career field Training Quota Manager or Unit Training Manager, with two (2) years of which must have been at MAJCOM level.
