Your Role
The Accounts Payable Manager is a key member of the global finance team and main point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders. The ideal team member must demonstrate a high degree of customer service orientation to meet the needs of internal customers and business partners. This role will be responsible for the overall quality of service delivery from the Hub Accounts Payable team to the organization. This role will require a transformational leader with a focus on the user experience, continuous process improvement and optimization of current systems. The position will be based out of our lovely Los Angeles office.
What You Will Do

Accountable for the overall operational success of the Accounts Payable team.
Lead several team members in multiple locations. This includes training, personal, and professional development.
Oversee and optimize processing of transactions on Coupa and Deltek Vision platforms
Manage the Accounts Payable function to ensure the team is operating efficiently and vendors, team member related expenses are paid timely and accurately.
Understand each business segment to ensure existing policies and procedures are managed correctly and best practices are employed.
Review and approve Hub invoices, P-Card transactions, and team member expense reports in Coupa.
Coordinate with Finance Vendor Management, Procurement and Treasury & Cash Operations and regional AP teams to gain departmental efficiencies.
Ensure accurate 1099 reporting.
Support the Treasury, Tax, Legal, Procurement and Financial Planning & Analysis teams on a regular basis.
Participate and/or lead project work as needed to support and develop our business processes.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
5-7 years of management experience of accounts payable.
Proven ability to work successfully and lead change within a global organization with strong analytic and big picture capabilities in problem solving.
Managed or lead an AP system implementation, Vision and Coupa preferred.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, lead, challenge and positively influence teams, including coaching, development, and performance management in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Knowledge working with international accounting, internal controls, financial systems, and processes.
Direct experience with annual audits.
Superior communication skills (written and verbal) including a proven ability to engage with senior leadership.
Must be able to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team across multiple locations.
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving and change management skills; business acumen; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering quality results and overcoming obstacles and challenges in a time sensitive environment.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
**The base salary will be estimated between $91k-125k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
