The MRI Tech provides excellent care and customer service to patients, prepares equipment and patients for MRI scans, performs MRI scans, and achieves scans.
Job Time: Part Time / PRN
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans on patients following proper protocols and procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide accurate diagnostic results.
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately in EMR systems.
- Stay updated on advancements in MRI technology and best practices in the field.
Qualifications required:
- At least 1 year of MRI Tech experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s preferred
- Certifications: ARRT and BLS certified
