We are looking for individuals with specific product certifications (Salesforce, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform and Pega) and experience to fill multiple open roles for an upcoming government contract. As a Senior System Administrator, you will take on the challenge of helping to design, develop and re-engineer current internal complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. In addition, you will be charged with supporting highly visible and mission critical existing modules and sharing your knowledge by training other Administrators.

As a Senior Administrator at Optum, you will be focused on supporting Salesforce, Pega, Appian, and Microsoft environments for a federal environment in a high-demand customer success environment. Responsibilities may include deploying code changes in different environments for testing and production environments through Copado (or other product specific tools), end user support, troubleshooting, and managing security settings in the environment. This position will offer direct exposure to our core business with a focus on ensuring customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new releases and applications, participate in plans for their implementation, and remain current with product best practices
- Act as a Product SME and participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements when needed
- Analyzing organization capabilities in order to suggest process and performance improvement
- Implementation of Flows at scale
- Troubleshooting performance issues using tools like debug logs
- Troubleshooting system configuration and data management issues
- Providing product development best practice insight for secure application development using configuration and declarative solutions
- Partner cross-functionally on platform innovation and DevOps maturity
- Creating and executing declarative testing processes and scripts
- Collaborating with internal and client staff in identifying, planning, executing, tracking, and reporting all activities for security and compliance-related activities
- Some familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning
- Managing Data with data migration for objects including but not limited to accounts, contacts, cases, leads, opportunities, and custom objects
- Troubleshoot and complete complex data loads and deployment errors
- Perform regression testing and validation of configuration and development

Required Qualifications:
- One of the following product specific certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Appian Certified Associate Developer, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Certified Pega System Architect
- 5+ years of Product specific administration experience
- 5+ years of experience with App Exchange and Integration products
- 5+ years of Service Desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity
- 5+ years of experience with product configuration including the use of third-party tools (Additional development experience a plus but not required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the government sector or multiple product environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data loads (e. g. governor limits, performance, process builders, apex timeouts)
- Some familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- All work must be conducted in the United States

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
