Job Description:
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and provides family oriented services to the home health patient with oral-motor and/or communication disorders secondary to developmental delays, neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardio-pulmonary impairments; as well as traumatic injuries and swallowing disorders. This includes patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and consultation to other professionals, clinics, or agencies.

Due to our growth, we are looking to add a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist to our team as a Clinical Team Manager for our Dallas, TX branch. In this position, main responsibilities will include:

Evaluation QA
Training/Mentoring
Facilitation of communication between office staff and field staff
Completion of evaluations and visits
We are looking for this position to be full-time and will have both field treatment duties, along with quality assurance. If you have a tenured history in Pediatric Home Health Therapy, we would love to speak with you!

Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Registered SLP in Texas
Current CPR
At least 1 yr. of pediatric experience
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
