Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our products are efficiently received, stored, and shipped out. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of inventory and helping Nibav Lifts meet customer expectations with timely deliveries. You will play a key role in the company's success while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Storing Products: Unload incoming shipments, verify contents, and store products safely in the correct locations.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to prepare them for shipment, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of stock levels.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring efficient and damage-free handling of products.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following safety guidelines and best practices.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations, assisting with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained (a plus).
