ABOUT THE JOB
Bellingham based Heating and Plumbing company has an immediate need for an outgoing and proactive Payroll and Human Resources Assistant. Responsibilities will include providing a wide array of administrative support including processing payroll, maintaining employee personnel files; managing document flow, and other employee related projects as needed. The qualified assistant can have 2+ years of work experience, strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, thorough knowledge of payroll software, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in collaboration with a cross functional team.
