The right person will have the ability to work remotely so they can have an awesome work-life balance. Training will be conducted by our global project manager and she will walk you through the role and the responsibilities. This job requires a detail-oriented person will great computer skills.

SST provide technology service for large customers that have multiple sites across the US. For example, we have a 20,000 employee company that is headquartered in Washington, DC and we are currently doing a wiring job in NH for that company. Your role will be to take the request from the customers and then search our internal database of qualified contractors that can perform the work. Next, you will get pricing and details of the job. If accepted then you will oversee the project remotely and ensure the project is completed as requested and the customer is happy.

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Project management for technology projects that include wiring and deployment of phones.
  • Coordination with vendors to perform a site survey to gather additional information as needed.
  • Develop and review quotes with customers
  • Work with vendors to obtain detailed scope of work and pricing for a project based on site visit
  • Negotiate project pricing to ensure we drive the highest possible margin.
  • Work directly with suppliers to obtain equipment pricing.
  • Discuss per site flat rate pricing with customers for multi-site rollouts
  • Work up a detailed quote and in some cases a complete proposal depending on the complexity of the project
  • Work with customers and vendors to get signed approval on projects
  • Work with suppliers to ensure we have all materials needed for projects
  • Manage project from end to end to ensure success
  • Create customer invoices based on project scope
  • Review pricing to ensure accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • service, administrative, or project management: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
