As a Registered Dental Hygienist at The Smile Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our team of professionals and be an integral part of our patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing for patients.
- Conduct thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide personalized recommendations for maintaining good oral health.
- Administer local anesthetic as needed, in accordance with your certification.
- Collaborate with our hygiene assistant to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Certification for the administration of local anesthetic.
Requirements:
- A strong commitment to patient care and education.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including at least one evening per week.
