The Assistant Market Center Administrator handles all commission distributions, trust fund requests, and is responsible for A/R activities. We are looking for a learning based individual with exceptional accounting skills and superior customer service skills. This individual will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will assimilate into our highly positive and productive culture. This is a full-time position.
Job Skills: - Strong bookkeeping / accounting background - Highly organized and detail oriented - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time. - Work calmly under pressure of deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft office specifically Excel - Team Player - Servant Leader
Job Responsibilities: Computerized bookkeeping (AR); Processing agent commissions; Cash management; Data Entry, Assist leadership team in leading agents and office; other requirements as assigned.
