Mennenga Tax & Financial is an upbeat, well-respected tax and financial firm located on Madison's east side. We currently have an opening for a full-time, experienced Tax Manager to oversee all aspects of the Tax Department. We offer a friendly work environment and highly competitive benefits.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Meeting clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services (debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, investments)
Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision
Network to generate leads for opportunities
Maintaining compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry
Job requirements:
Proven work experience as Financial Advisor
Positive attitude & team oriented
Advanced ability to analyze and explain market data
Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
Effective sales and customer service skills
Organizational and time management skills
Required to complete ongoing training, as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing
Licensing preferred: Series 7 & Series 66, Insurance
