The Brand Manager will report to the Director, Corporate Marketing. As Brand Manager, you will play an integral role in developing our corporate brand identity and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a successful record of managing brand campaigns, building a company brand guide and enforcing brand standards across a large, dispersed team. You will work directly with key leaders to deploy strategies that enable brand scalability and support future acquisitions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring solid partnership with Strategic Marketing, Content, Creative, Events, Public Relations, and additional internal teams. This role requires a high level of awareness of business units, strong writing/creative skills, the ability to see the ‘big picture’, a sense of urgency and an excitement for advancing the company’s mission and goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Serving as Relias brand champion within the organization, and someone teams go to for input and guidance on branding
Maintaining and enforcing Relias Brand Guide
Leading processes to streamline brand consistency across the organization and provide necessary, ongoing training
Project managing brand awareness campaigns and coordinating cross-functionally to execute activities
Developing and assisting in the design of external and internal-facing marketing materials to drive brand awareness
Providing direction for the ongoing maintenance and development of the corporate website
Serving on internal cross-functional teams that are focused on internal communications, social media programs, and public relations
Thinking outside-the-box, being a problem-solver, and exuding passion about building a strong brand
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related degree
7+ years of communications and/or marketing experience
Fast-paced, motivated, creative and independent self-starter with desire to succeed
Excellent writing, oral communications and presentation skills are a must
Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships both internally and externally
Demonstrated writing experience in thought leadership content, press releases, and social media campaigns
Experience leading projects including developing tactics, timelines and presenting to leaders to gain alignment
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
Master’s degree in related field desirable
Knowledge of healthcare
Previous experience at a hyper-growth, SaaS company
Experience with Wrike, Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, or Adobe Creative Cloud
