Responsible for executing advertising strategy and creative development for the Titleist brand and Titleist golf balls. Managing the day-to-day workflow and communication of creative projects with internal and external agency teams, including content for the brand, golf balls and golf gear. Partner with Senior Creative Manager in the development and efficient production of Titleist creative consistent with advertising strategy. Inclusive of TV, satellite radio and magazine ads. Work with Digital/Social team, on the development and creative optimization of digital and social advertising to ensure consistent and integrated messaging across channels. Primary ad agency contact managing the relationship responsible for coordinating meetings, presentations and productions. Manage the day-to-day workflow of all advertising and creative content projects with ad agency and internal team. Collaborate with internal teams: Creative, Media, Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Communications/PR and Golfer Insight teams ensuring clear communication of deadlines and responsibilities. Inclusive of needs for brand/sales meetings (PowerPoint slides, video development, opening videos, career celebration videos, etc.), and PGA Show content (Titleist Experience, booth support, slide content, etc.). Develop and manage U.S. Advertising production business plan for Titleist. Work with Senior Media Manager to deliver accurate mid-month/monthly forecasting and invoice management with Acushnet Planning team, monitoring accuracy of reports and performance to plan. Support global markets with direction on advertising creative and creative content development, providing visibility of assets and timing. Responsible for weekly updates and potentially monthly conference calls and/or meetings. Support relationships with media partner production teams and key influencers (ie: Michael Breed) in development of features or special content (messaging, content and shoot logistics). Oversee development of Titleist presentation templates for board of director meetings, brand/sales meetings, PGA Show, etc. Steward of the Titleist brand guidelines to ensure look and tone are consistent and on strategy.
B.S. or B.A. degree with concentration in Communications, Advertising and/or Marketing is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience within advertising/marketing with strong business planning experience, extensive knowledge of the production process, ability to manage large scale TV/video content shoots, as well as understanding of digital advertising development. Candidate should be someone who is a creative thinker and collaborative team builder. Individual needs to have strong time management/organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Also required is for the individual to have strong golf knowledge and a passion for the game. Some travel required for shoot production and to meet with Ad agency.
