Job Description

General Summary :
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by being responsible for full good inventory and various other administrative tasks. This person will also be involved in all period closes for full goods.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities :
Perform daily accurate inventory count of inventories
Daily reconciliation of inventory variances
Maintain a safe and orderly area for all items handled
Audit inventory counts for production runs
Process inbound/outbound BOL’s accurately and enter adjustment
Ensure FIFO process is followed
Ensure Closed dated product is marked and segregated
Ensure breakage and repack is recorded and entered into NIS daily
Participate and ensure warehouse is prepared for all period and quarterly close processes
Track period shrink by sku
Demonstrate communication, customer service, and conflict resolution with peers
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Recommend process improvements

Basic Job Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work safely including wearing appropriate PPE
  • Previous Inventory Experience
  • Previous experience in preparing excel spreadsheets
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Must be available by phone as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and take on role-related added responsibilities
