Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations, such as maintaining records, receiving, preparing or verifying documents, searching for and compiling information and data; responding to routine request with standard answers by phone, in person, or by correspondence.
  • Follows a few clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence, such as filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file or operating office equipment, e.g., mimeograph, photocopy, addressograph or mailing machine.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and two to three years of related experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a favorable SSBI background investigation and must be cleared prior to start date.
Physical Demands:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Some travel may be required.

Ability to pass a mandatory Pre-Employment drug test. Normal demands associated with working in an office environment.
