InBloom Autism Services, a member of Behavior Development Group, was founded with the singular mission to provide the highest quality, scientifically-driven, ABA Therapy services to families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The Regional Director of Operations will oversee and direct the operations of the clinical centers and staff within assigned region; which includes providing leadership and guidance to ensure organizational goals and operating requirements are met. Responsible for collaborating with clients and various departments within the organization to maintain optimal standardization across various functions.
Manages and directs operations of the assigned geographic area for clinical centers, staff, and clients.
Provides strategic leadership and guidance to office and clinical team members to ensure excellence in patient service, operational and financial results.
Build strong and productive partnerships with staff across organization.
Make effective decisions based on data analysis, organizational observations, and cost controls.
Manage region’s profit and loss, and achieving budgeted expectations through access to care initiatives, managing controllable expenses, and leading teams to provide stellar service.
Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting the company culture through its mission, vision, and Core Values.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, terminating, and retaining high performing team members through training/education, coaching, expectation setting and accountability.
Ensure effective execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies, procedures, OSHA, and government regulations.
Identify opportunities within the region and creates improvement action plans to address gaps through people, performance, and process improvements.
Ensure consistent communication of all challenges and needs to Senior Management
Work collaboratively with organizational departments.
Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Must have healthcare experience (ABA background/experience preferred but not required
Must have minimum of five (5) years’ multi-unit experience in retail, healthcare, service, or other fast-paced, highly interactive customer service
Must be able to travel within your region. Limited overnight travel required.
