The role reports to the VP, Finance and Legal.

KeyMark, Inc. is looking for a Director of IT / IS to help lead KeyMark's internal operations.

This position is responsible for establishing the strategy for and execution of all technology and security related matters.

The person in this role will also assist with design, organization, modification, installation and maintenance of the Company's computer systems and for administration and internal support of the company's PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.

Essential Duties & Specific Responsibilities

Install and maintain network hardware and software

Analyze and isolate issues

Manage the enterprise's information security organization

Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users

Determine network and system requirements

Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security

Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations

Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems

Administer servers, laptop/desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches

Assist with onboarding of new users and availability of technology resources for employees

Is a thought leader who can identify areas of organizational improvement and provide solutions to drive organizational change

Work closely with KeyMark individual teams to ensure solutions are operating appropriately and meet the needs of our customers

Oversee steps for KeyMark to maintain or obtain compliance with various requisite regulations (HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes-Oxley IT controls, Payment Card Industry (PCI), GDPR, etc.) and ISO27001

Investigate/evaluate new technologies for use within our business solutions

Work with teams in the implementation of our security strategies

Lead teams that deliver data center operations and capacity planning

Facilitate Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery services

Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management and audit program

Oversee, Manage, and enhance corporate information security and risk management awareness

Develop near and long-term plans to increase automation, improve the efficiency and quality of our services while helping to manage our operational expenses

Ensure appropriate resource capacity planning and managing risks/barriers to ensure the operational success of our solutions

Oversee and manage department expenses and budget planning

Develop appropriate training programs to ensure teams grow and operate efficiently/effectively for themselves and the organization

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

Stay abreast of new and developing security technologies and industry trends

Serve as the main point of contact for IT/IS, providing oversight to all vendors, relationships for IT/IS infrastructure needs

Responsible for oversight of KeyMark's two office facilities (Liberty, SC and Camp Hill, PA) by maintaining building essential operations

Essential Functions

Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions

Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions

Directs operations in executing production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations

Produces detailed time line for each application release and implements effective project control by monitoring the progress of the software release and reporting the status.

Directs and prioritizes the work load of subordinate personnel

Reviews all designs unit test plans where applicable

Approves all business requirements prior to the technical solution

Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.

Represents the IT function at customer review meeting when appropriate.

Directs education programs for her/his staff

Provides liaison duties between users and IT/IS personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting

Performs salary administration and conducts interviews and makes recommendations for new hires, consultants and/or replacement personnel

Qualifications & Background

The requirements listed below represent the qualifications necessary to carry out the essential duties of these positions.

Proficient knowledge of current Microsoft Windows Server environments, Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Active Directory

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field highly preferred.

Minimum: 7 years of relevant technical experience required.

Minimum of 3 plus years of direct staff management

Experience with OnBase, Epicor, SalesForce, SQL Server, VMware – preferred

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
