The Clinical Specialist I provides direct care services to individuals in our Therapeutic Mentoring Program, whom have exhibited a need for behavioral support, skills training, and goal oriented interventions designed to assist with pro-social skills development. The Clinical Specialist I implements behavioral activities in the home, school and community settings.

High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services - preferred
Experience working with youth one-on-one, experience in presenting a skill building or social development program

This position does require a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and crisis response to our clients.
Must have own vehicle for transportation of clients, and must be able to provide their own transportation to and from their assigned place or work.
