A national leader in the automotive commercial finance industry is seeking an experienced and proven outside sales professional.
You must have a desire to sell inventory financing to independent car dealerships in a competitive market with a small to mid-range sales cycle.
Account Executive will be responsible for calling on targeted leads, selling, and creating new relationships with dealerships within their assigned territory while maintaining existing relationships.
You must have prior success selling face to face.
You must have a successful track record in achieving business revenue goals. You must get fired up about new sales opportunities.
Thick skin is a must.
You must excel at closing new opportunities. You must have consultative selling skills, excellent listening, analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong closing skills.
You should have excellent communication skills. You must have strong referral relationship building skills.
In this position you will be required to call dealers to collect payments, do some audits and repo's when called upon, as well as work with marketing to develop sales and marketing programs aimed at driving business growth, plus other duties and special functions as delegated or requested.
You should be a self starter, memorable, energetic, highly motivated, goal-oriented, passionate, a high achiever and a hard worker. You should be able to work with limited supervision but want to be part of a high-achieving team.
Experience generating your own leads is required.
Two (2) years automotive or financial service industry required.
Two (2) years proven sales record required.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the automotive finance industry or commercial lending industry.
Travel up to 80% of the time is required.
A clean driving record with a valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time.
Bi-Lingual is beneficial.
Ability to multi-task and highly organized.
Team orientated and ability to problem solve.
