POSITION SUMMARY

Supports construction Project Management staff with administrative duties and promotes a team environment on large project sites.

**Please note: This is a temporary position for approximately 2-3 months**

What you’ll do:
On-board new employees, manage New Contractor Orientation badging process for all employees.
Organize, distribute, collect and maintain timecards for all site personnel and maintain manpower lists.
Assemble binders for key parties (submittal, proposals, O&M)
Assist Project Managers and Foremen in tracking and creates field daily reports.
Update, takes and tracks meeting minutes.
Update project logs.
Create and files electronic and hard copy files for each construction project.
Set up key party contact directories.
Review and distributes documents/correspondence to field personnel and other key parties.
Copies and distributes specifications and drawings to field personnel and other key parties.
You will archives files and drawings.
You will manage calendars and schedules. Arrange for meetings, conferences, and programs on and off-site.
Spearhead local social activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Accountancy Skills preferable

What you’ll need to be successful:
You can handle and manage a large volume of work and are very well organized.
You know how to track things and can communicate updates when needed.
You present yourself with strong spoken and written communication skills.
You have the ability to work under pressure with numerous interruptions.
You enjoy using your excellent customer service skills.
You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, charting and PowerPoint
You have the skills to write routine reports and correspondence.
You can add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
You understand how to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

What you bring to the table:
Associate degree (AA) with 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
