NJ Divorce Solutions (Previte Nachlinger PC) is a growing law firm based in Woodbridge (Iselin), New Jersey, which provides legal representation and support to individuals in divorce and other family law related matters, including litigation, consulting and mediation services.

The Client Intake Specialist (CIS) is the direct point of contact for potential new clients (PNCs) through the intake and consultation process. The CIS is responsible for promptly responding to and managing all inquiries received by the Firm, including telephone calls, e-mail, live chats, and other sources. Additionally, the CIS will manage referrals through current clients, former clients, professional referral sources, networking and marketing events, and other sources. The CIS will simultaneously manage PNCs through various stages of the intake process, requiring the capability to be detail oriented, work in a fast-paced office environment, and schedule and prioritize personal effort. Client contact will require effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional and polished presentation. The accountability of the CIS will be the focus of 1-1 coaching sessions regularly scheduled with the Management of the Firm.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer the phone in a pleasant and professional manner and redirect calls that do not relate to PNCs.
  • Handle all incoming calls from PNCs according to the policies and procedures set forth by the Firm.
  • Promptly initiate contact with PNCs in response to inquiries received via email and internet.
  • Be proactive in encouraging PNCs to set appointments.
  • Gather all pertinent information from PNCs.
  • Manage prompt scheduling and calendaring of all PNCs.
  • Maintain regular contact with PNCs through exceptional communication, by phone, email and other forms of written communication, from the beginning of the intake process until the PNC has formally engaged the Firm.
  • Evaluate a PNC’s needs to determine if we can help them and provide a general overview of the Firm’s qualifications.
  • Facilitate PNC engagement by guiding them through the intake process.
  • Perform data entry for the Firm to maintain metrics of all data relating to PNCs.

  • Must have sales experience.
  • No prior legal experience is necessary.
