Training Systems has an immediate need for an Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist (Logistics). The Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist will primarily support the P-8 training systems but has the potential to support additional training systems platforms such as F-15 and Apache. Support activities will include providing data development for integrated support subsystems, assisting in the development of support program plans and schedules, validating standard deliverables and supporting trade studies for platform subsystems. In addition, the Support Planning and Management Specialist researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure. Specific job responsibilities will include the following:
- Estimate, plan and execute the logistics work statement.
- Manage customer’s spare hardware requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
- Manage hardware obsolescence.
- Manage the Return of Repairable (ROR) process.
- Interface with internal and external customers.

This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Highly proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Three years of previous experience in Integrated Logistics Services or Product Support
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with SLICwave
Logistics Spares Analysis (LSA) experience
Aircraft maintenance experience
Control Account Manager experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
