Currently seeking a seasoned and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join a professional skilled commercial HVAC organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems within commercial settings.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems within commercial settings.
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of HVAC systems, including ventilation and air conditioning units, in commercial settings.
- Carry out regular preventative maintenance inspections of refrigeration systems, isolated heating, ventilating units, including boilers, gas, and electrically operated air conditioning equipment, and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Diagnose system problems, replace or repair parts, and complete all required paperwork. • Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver superior customer service, communicating professionally and effectively with clients to explain necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development in HVAC-related fields.
