Please Note: This position is NOT seasonal. It is part-time position with the possibility to become full-time. NO SUMMER POSITIONS
Responsibilities:
- Open and or close shop
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain product inventory
- Attend meetings and events
- Craft skin care products by following recipes
-Maintain the store cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Square, Woommerce and google Microsoft word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of common measurements ie : Grams , Pounds, Ounces etc.
