Responsible for the management of opportunities, increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth within assigned accounts
Selling Dell’s portfolio of technology Services especially Multi-vendor and Post Standard Support
Leading territory or regional account management, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources
Advising customers on strategic business and technology solutions
Providing sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Extensive experience of selling one or more of the following technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security, managed services
Deep expertise of market trends in IT that impact on Dell’s customers
Effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills
5+ years’ experience of large account selling - global experience a plus
