You have the unique opportunity to join MissionSide’s Pueblo team of hard-charging, passionate individuals as we support the 2020 U.S. Census Program. The CSR (Customer Service Representative) supports our mission as the first point of contact for customers, providing world-class customer support, striving for one-call resolution, and acting as brand ambassadors for MissionSide.
Who Are You?
You’re a energetic, customer-service oriented individual who values excellent customer/government communication and takes absolute pride in everything you do.
You've got terrific customer service and internet navigation skills.
You can type 30 words per minute.
You're smart enough to know that weekends and holidays are the name of the game.
You understand that feedback helps us learn & develop.
You're punctual, organized, and you take pride in your work.
And Your Experience Includes:
You’ve held a position within a call center or customer service environment.
You've demonstrated clear, distinct oral and written communication skills in a previous role.
You've graduated from high school or have obtained your GED.
You've reached your 18th year of life.

Citizenship status requirement:
MissionSide follows the United States Census Bureau guideline for citizenship status which requires that you are either a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder.
Residency requirement: The suitability assessment requires residency in the United States for a cumulative period of three (3) years over a five (5) year period ending with the date of the security application prior to starting work in support of the 2020 CQA program.
