Company Overview

For over 60 years, our client has owned and managed a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties, primarily in the metropolitan Washington D.C. area. They are a full service real estate company managing approximately 2 million square feet, comprised mostly of office buildings in Northwest Washington D.C.

We are looking for a project manager to manage their base building projects and perform the same role on behalf of their Tenants for tenant fit outs.

Required Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge

  • MS Project

  • LEED Green Associate

  • Bluebeam
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager working in base building for a Commercial General Contractor
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager in the Tenant Build Out sector

Salary: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
