Position Summary

Enriched is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to launch, build and grow a local chapter of Enriched Schools. This education entrepreneur will be responsible for all aspects of the local program and operations, including recruitment, vetting and on-boarding of a professional cohort of local guest educators (substitute teachers) who bring their experience in high performing urban schools and deep passion for educational equity to their part-time (“guest”) teaching work, as well as the recruitment, on-boarding and service of a founding set of partner school sites, for whom Enriched will provide with A+ level customer service, including the rapid-fire and highly effective matching of quality talent to any/all partner staffing needs, whether for last minute subs, part-time coaches, mid-year hires, full-time teachers, or whatever else may arise. Core buckets:

  • Talent Recruitment: sourcing, identifying and cultivating relationships with the highest caliber guest educators across the Philadelphia area, using a creative, efficient and effective combination of hands-on strategies, resulting in fast, tangible growth in Philadelphia guest educator talent pool in both quantity and quality.
  • Partner Relations: managing A+ level relationships with each and every potential school partner across the region, with fast, nuanced follow up including in-person visits, phone, text and email, exceptional customer service and above-and-beyond support to meet all flexible staffing needs and build partnerships grounded in trust, integrity and exceptional outcomes for student learning and staff satisfaction.
  • Additional responsibilities include candidate screening, talent management (scheduling and conducting phone interviews, ensuring timely completion of all screening steps, organizing and leading community events) and establishing regional community partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of teaching/education experience
  • Demonstrated success launching and leading new initiatives, whether within existing organizations or creating new programs/ventures
  • Demonstrated success recruiting top talent and creating communities that are united and compelled towards a shared vision
  • Deep familiarity with and commitment to the local education community and robust network of relationships across diverse range of stakeholders in the region
  • Relentlessly hard-worker
