As an Operations Administrative Assistant your job duties will include:
- Work with internal teams to assist warehouse, sales, and customer service to make sure there is adequate supply to fill customer orders
- Handle requests as needed and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure that product is on time or verify when it is expected
- Help schedule meetings for colleagues with proper contact information
- Utilize excel daily to run reports
You are the perfect person if you have:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in operations/ warehouse/ transportation/ logistics
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Experience with Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
