Position Overview:
Responsible for overall market share growth of assigned market(s). The individual will work cross-functionally to lead the development of sales, marketing and growth strategy within their region. He/she will guide the creation and implementation of specific go-to-market plans; direct day-to-day sales activities & operations and coordinate closely with Marketing, Advertising, Product, Business Development, PR, Community and other functional teams to achieve assigned goals for their market(s).

Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives to establish and execute on sales goals for the region.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and prepare and review the annual budget for the region
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory Collaborate cross-functionally, to determine product, offer and pricing strategy within the region
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
Monitor market and team performance, analyze sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to leadership

BA or BS in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.


5-7 years of successful sales leadership experience, energy sector experience a plus
Expected to take initiative and work well in a fast-pace environment with multiple departments, projects and deadlines
Strong focus on quality
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Travel Requirements

Willing to travel domestically to oversee events as needed, may include travel on some evenings and weekends
