Description:

The PAR Advisory Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. is a growing, fast-paced
Personal Financial Planning Practice on the South Shore of MA seeking a detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills, who will communicate effectively and enthusiastically with Clients while positively representing the
Team Brand.

Greet and engage in conversation with callers, direct calls, assist Clients by answering questions. Assist financial advisor(s) in scheduling client meetings, managing multiple calendars, greeting Clients in the office, delivering a unique client experience, and coordinating/tracking projects.

Position Functions include:

Provide outstanding customer service and relationship building skills through positive, helpful, friendly interactions via electronic correspondence and phone
Correspond with Clients to schedule, and confirm meetings in a friendly, professional and timely manner
Manage multiple Advisor calendars
Answer calls as front-line Brand Ambassador to assist with client requests
Greet Clients and extend hospitality to deepen Client relationships
Assist President and CEO (Owners) by executing Strategic Plan initiatives and other projects
Manage and assist with Team projects

Key Skills/abilities needed:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone, in-person, email)
Proven scheduling experience and ability to effectively manage several calendars
Professional, hospitable, friendly demeanor and customer service skills
Thrives in Multi-tasking environment (phones, greeting clients, deadline task completion, etc)
MS Outlook, Word, Excel proficiency, and Data-base management and Internet skills
Proven time management, organization skills, and attention to detail
Sincere willingness to be hospitable and support Clients and Team members

Education and Experience requirements:

3+ years of calendar management/scheduling experience
Hospitality industry experience a plus

Additional Information:

Part-time position (20-25 hours/week)
M-F from 9:00 to 1:00 or 2:00 p.m.
Non-exempt, hourly position
Salary: $20-25/hour
