JOB LOCATION: Media PA
HOUR COMMITMENT: 37.5 hours per week/Mon-Friday
The HR Systems Intern position is responsible for assisting in general configuration, maintenance and support of HR systems. This role will assist in the maintenance and organization of reports, calculated fields for reporting, and implementation of standards within Workday. This role may also participate in other HR Systems Support activities as assigned.
Assist in the standardization and maintenance of reports and calculated fields within Workday.
Assist with the review and optimization of the calculated field to develop a plan to consolidate and remove duplication
Execute on plan to optimize calculated fields and provide necessary documentation
Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc, reports as assigned.
Participate in governance and HR Systems support activities as assigned.
Assist in providing break/fix and small enhancement support for Workday systems.
Assist in the support of the building and testing of new reports.
Help to manage and maintain a global report inventory.
Learn about and assist with the creation and delivery of ad hoc and custom reports as requested by business.
Work with Business Analyst to understand report requirements and help to build reports to requirement specifications.
Assist in the regression testing of reports and calculates fields as needed during Workday releases.
Help to log and maintain tickets in Workday case management tracking system.
Learn and help with teams focus on data governance and attention to data quality.
Assist with documenting and maintaining internal processes as assigned. Support development of ongoing process improvements through enhancement as needed.
Assist in analyzing current reporting capabilities, identifying gaps and provide solutions that meet the business users needs
Assist in the support of other HR Systems as directed and assigned.

Completion of Associates or actively pursuing Bachelor’s degree preferred
Degree Emphasis or 1 – 2 years in Human Resources a Plus
Strong understanding of General Computer Business Systems or M.I.S.
Background in computerized reporting and analytics a Plus
Experience with Workday a plus
