Methode Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: MEI) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Corporate Business Intelligence team.
This full-time onsite position is based at our Chicago Corporate office, located near O’Hare International Airport. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and access to an onsite gym. Currently, we are only considering local candidates.

We design, engineer, and produce mechatronic products for OEMs utilizing our broad range of technologies for user interface, LED lighting system, power distribution and sensor applications.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to design, implement, test, and deliver custom solutions
Design and implement new applications by discussing needs with the user community, performing requirements gathering, and soliciting feedback on existing workflows
Work with the Business Intelligence team to model and import data from the ERP systems
Write documentation for processes and applications as needed by coworkers and end users
Validate and review all change sets before deploying in production
Review Salesforce release notes for changes that may impact our organization and new features that may be of interest
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, etc.
Support Sales Cloud users who may need assistance with accounts, opportunities, reports, and dashboards
Create and update approval processes as needed
Ensure that leads from Pardot campaigns and websites are properly imported and assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working on the Force.com platform
Salesforce Administrator certification
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
Salesforce Advance Administrator certification is a plus
Experience creating Visualforce pages
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage priorities
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
