Job Summary: Duties include answering the telephone and greeting visitors; logging complaints; processing requests for open records and information; assisting with liens and licensing; typing and data entry; filing, scanning and copying documents; other general clerical tasks; and special projects as assigned. A high school diploma or equivalent; two years of general clerical experience; and bilingual (English and Spanish) skills are required. Good customer service skills are essential. Hours will include evenings and weekends. Clerical and typing tests will be required. Starting pay is $14.76 per hour.
