Sales Representative/Account Manager


Our growing cannabis production and processing company is seeking a full time Sales Representative and Account Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient team member, with excellent communication skills and the ability to represent and champion our brands to retail store owners and buyers. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our brands footprint in new and existing accounts. Previous and successful sales experience preferred, with a high level of attention to detail and organization. CRM experience also preferred. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding, multi state business.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Weekly email and phone communication with new and existing accounts
  • Order intake and delivery scheduling
  • Sample routes and follow up communication to secure new business across the state
  • Represent brands in person to retail stores and consumers at store visits and vendor days
  • Record all communications in CRM system
  • Provide weekly account updates and sales reports

Qualification and Skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to follow and document sales process
  • Experience using CRM software
  • B2B or consumer sales experience
  • Passion for outstanding customer service and hungry for growth
